Fantastic Creatures at Anthropologieville

Display design from Anthropologie at Rockefeller Center.

Not sure if it's apparent in the picture, but this fish is made out of paper and plastic cutlery. Just goes to show you that real creativity does not require fancy and pricey materials.

I love this fuzzy guy. Check out his tail made of plastic forks! Not sure what animal he's supposed to be, but I'd gladly take him home.

Ever wonder what happens to the display elements that have outlived their usefulness? Some of these displays are real works of art and perhaps Anthropologie should dedicate a portion of their website to selling the retired ones.
I had a 50mm lens on my camera and couldn't step back far enough to get the whole tail in, but you get the picture. Yes, those are chop sticks in red wrappers.
Kudos to the creator(s) of these fantastic creatures!

So adorable! I'd like to take them home also. I think the fork animal is a fox? My father loved foxes, so maybe that's why he looks like one to me!

While I was at my local Anthropologie this weekend, I was very disappointed that they didn't have such lovely little creatures in our store!
