There will probably be an extra percentage off sale over Thanksgiving weekend/Black Friday, but if you really love something, I'd advice snatching it up while sizes are still in stock. Anthropologie is pretty good with doing price adjustments within a short period after purchase, so if whatever you buy now will be further discounted over the weekend, you can always call to request an adjustment.
